Hello, my name is Eva Tomaszewski and I really did not know where to write about my experience with the ERGObaby carrier. This May I went to Europe to visit my mom with my two daughters: Isabella (6 y old) and Gabriella (just turned 2 June 30th). I bought the ERGObaby carrier about a month before my trip so I could practice (it really took only a minute to learn how to use it). It was just amazing in the airport where other people were waiting for the strollers (I had stroller once and it got lost and then when I finally got it back it was broken) and I just put Gaby in the carrier and off we went. I also knew that Gaby would have a hard time sleeping in my mom's house. Last year when I went there I was using a different carrier - it was not all that bad, except when Gaby finally fell asleep in that other carrier I had to pull her out of it and she would wake up and the whole process basically ended up with me sleeping with Gaby and not being able to enjoy my time with my mom. With the ERGObaby carrier it was much easier - when Gaby fell asleep I just unsnapped the two snaps and that was it - and she was still sleeping when I laid her down! The carrier is just amazing. Now I am back home and I still use it so much - I can walk my two dogs and have both of my daughters with me. I use mainly the front position but I have used the back one all by myself (with other carriers I needed another person to help me with the
child).
Thank you, thank you. I decided to buy one for my friend even though we do not have that much money. The first time the carrier arrived to the wrong address - my money has been quickly returned - thank you for the great service. My friend received the carrier the other day - she does not know it is from me. I know she will love it (she totally loved it when she saw it and her son loved it too -I carried him in it) - thank you again for such a wonderful product and great and friendly service.

A lot has happened since my first testimonial. I will start with the good news that I won a photo contest with WABA world Breastfeeding week which appears on the World Breastfeeding week Action folders and poster.
I got membership with International Lactation Consultant Association (ILCA) through their partner programme Wisconsin Lactation Consultant Association (WALC). I was also invited for their annual conferences in USA - 23rd -27th July and Austria in October 1-3. I could not raise money for the one in USA but I am trying to raise money for the conference in Austria- Vienna.
I am currently working on my World Breastfeeding week activities to which I plan to sell some of the balances for the Ergo bags.
People admire me when they see me carrying my baby the ERGO way! Its such a sleek bag. My baby loves the bag too and when I hold the bag she feels like being carried because she breast feeds even when I am carrying her. This bag has made my work around the home easy especially when I do not have someone to help me! However, people tell me its expensive and that is why I have not managed to sell all of them.
From the money I sold from the ERGO bags, I have been able to train 20 more mothers in the mother support groups on breastfeeding and my collaboration with my local hospital is improving. I also covered the transport costs for the course in Integrated Infant and Young child feeding counseling I attended organised by IBFAN -Uganda and I was among the 15 people selected out of the 50 trained to become national trainers of Trainers. This may be a door opening for me. Thanks you for the bags!
I have completed a few activities for the World breastfeeding week some of the ideas I picked from LLI website others I developed myself and I am happy about it. I am still fundraising for activities but I am scared I have not raise the budget yet the time is running out but I still have hope.
I put ERGObaby Baby Carrier as one of my list of the sponsors that have made me achieve my dream to be displayed during the exhibition. I will keep in touch and send our love to the Ergo Baby Team.

I have a little story I want to share with all of you at ERGO Baby Carrier, Inc. I hope you will find time to read it. When I had my first daughter Chantal, 3 years and 3 months ago 24th May 2004, I went through a lot of hard times when it came to carrying my baby to hospital, about 3 kilometres to my garden and 3 kilometres from the garden, Monday to Friday. I devised means by using a cloth and tied her on my back or lift her on my shoulders because I wanted her to be close to me all the time because I wanted to breastfeed her, as it was cheap and healthy for me to afford. I could walk half way and take a rest in the Jackfruit tree (see photo 2 attached) for about 20 minutes and then later proceed home. When I got a job in May 2006 that I could work 3 days a week 9am- 5pm for $150, and my days were reduced to 3 garden days when I would do the same, and I should say it has been very difficult. I have experienced serious back pains especially at the behind part of the shoulders. I had my second daughter, Charlene, on 19th February 2007 who is now 6 months and not much has changed as far as carrying her is concerned. I devised means using ordinary cloth. I have managed through with God's Guidance and protection. I am sure this pain is going away with the use of my present.

Barbie was so sad not to be able to come to the Baby Wearing Conference....
...but just look at how thrilled she looks with the new fluffy I brought back for her!!
Personally, I think a silk Oopa or SB would have been a better fashion choice with the princess dress, but she prefers the two shouldered comfort of the ERGObaby carrier with her heavy toddler.
(this is actually a keychain that ERGObaby gave out at the conference - so cute!)
Even in the 100 degree heat, we needed some snuggle time at Disney. I enjoyed using my Ergobaby with my 3-year-old, 40lb son, Landon. We loved the hip carry!

I love my ERGObaby carrier! I think we use it just about every day. I've been carrying my son in the front position for several months now, and just checked the website today to get instruction on the side carry position. I have to say, I think the new site layout is beautiful! Huge improvement. Kudos to your graphic designer! I would love to see his or her spin on your logo! :)

My two year old and my 7 month old keep me busy these days, so thank goodness for the ERGObaby carrier. Our double stroller is so big and cumbersome that I rarely use it. With my older daughter, I tried a few baby carriers but none of them seemed comfortable (or safe) for either of us. Luckily, we now have the ERGObaby carrier for my son and this allows me to keep on the go with both of them and my back doesn’t suffer for it. I also love the “hood” feature, as the sun is strong here in Arizona and this gives our baby some extra protection. As you can tell by the photos, he feels very comfortable in it and loves taking a nap against my chest.

I just bought your ERGObaby carrier for my 3 month old – second child. My only regret is that I didn’t buy it sooner. I wasted a lot of money on other products that just didn’t work and are now at Goodwill. It works for my son and my 2-year-old daughter. I absolutely love it. Thank you!!!

The Ergo is the single most important parenting tool I have used! I have been able to renovate my house with my son on my back and he is part of the process! He is happy on my back and I am able to carry him as much as he needs and still get lots done!

I have an ERGObaby carrier and think it is great
I have a 10 min rough uphill climb every day from our island (with one house on it WWW.DRYISLAND.CO.UK) over a floating bridge over the Atlantic. Then along rocks, then up steps up the cliff to our car park on the mainland. I do this at least once a day.

I have an ERGObaby carrier and I love it sooo much! I have traveled all over with my son thanks to this baby carrier. I would love to share ERGObaby with all the parents that I know and recommend the carrier to them since it has been one of the best things that I bought for my son and family.
We live between Argentina, Brazil and California (work via the Internet). I have used the carrier to hike with our little one, to clean the house, and to get through the airport and customs. Best of all the ERGObaby carrier has been a life saver on long beach walks and hikes through the jungle. THANK YOU!
